Menu 

1st course-

white asparagus panna cotta, shaved aspargus, morels, wild ramp vinaigrette

king oyster mushroom scallop, english pea puree , creme fraiche, carrot bacon caviar  

chilled potato leek soup shooter with chive foam  gf

2nd course

cauliflower steak chimichurri, purple cauliflower puree, beluga lentils, rainbow chard, almond romensco  gf

3rd course

“carrot cake” cheesecake, carrot coconut gelato, walnut crumble, pineapple coulis, crystallized ginger     gf

6-7pm Reception with hors d’oeuvres, live comedy from BET-star Alex Carabano, and seasonal feature beverage (non-alcoholic)

Hors d'Oeuvres for VIP hour only:

  • Crostini with mint-sorrel pesto, green peas, and cashew parmesan
  • Chipotle and coffee-braised carrot mini tacos
